Water is the singular enemy of a masonry foundation. Over decades, even hairline failures in coping, flashing, or surface finish allow moisture to migrate into the wall assembly — corroding embedded steel, spalling stone, and eroding mortar joints from the inside out. We waterproof both above and below grade: sealing wall tops with custom-fabricated metal coping, applying barrier systems to exposed foundation faces, and addressing any surface condition that allows water entry. The goal is to stop the problem permanently, not hide it.
