When water is getting in below grade, the solution begins underground. We handle full subterranean excavation — locating and marking utilities, exposing the foundation wall to footing depth, and installing drain tile and drainage systems designed to move water away from the structure permanently. Improper excavation against an old stone or rubble wall can destabilize what you're trying to protect. We do this work in-house, with the structural knowledge to do it right.
